Gift Vouchers
PickOne Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our fantastic products, our popular weekend workshops or our evening classes. Once purchased we'll email you a printable voucher, with the intended recipients name attached and instructions on how to redeem the voucher.
All vouchers are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed/refunded after the expiry date.
Only one gift voucher per course booking can be redeemed.
Printable email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.
Courses must be pre-booked and Vouchers redeemed online only. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher.
Vouchers can be used as part or full payment for a course and/or physical goods. If the course cost or goods exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full prior to the purchase. Bank transfer details will be sent on request to reduce any transactional fees.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
Course availability: Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers used to redeem workshops must be done by arrangement via email.
Lost, stolen, or destroyed gift vouchers will not be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled by PickOne Studios, new gift vouchers shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. If a course is cancelled by a voucher holder no refund or replacement course shall be given.
Vouchers are valid for the full cost of courses, workshops or goods as advertised at www.pickone.co.uk up to the face value of the voucher.
Physical goods purchased can be returned within 30 days should there be an issue and the Voucher reinstated to its full face value or alternative goods/services selected. Further exchanges will not be permitted. Purchaser will be responsible for the the cost of postage and packaging.
Goods purchased cannot be exchanged for the financial value of the items purchased with a voucher.
PickOne will be responsible for all postage and packaging costs within the UK.
A charge of £20 will be administrated to all overseas sales for goods made with a PickOne Voucher. This will contribute to postage and packaging costs and will be taken off the cost of the voucher meaning a voucher bought for £100 can be redeemable for goods to the value of £80 for all goods being shipped overseas.
